Is there a cost to set up a club shop?
No – setting up your shop is free. We build it, fill it with your kit designs, and keep it running.
Who can order from our club shop?
Players, parents, coaches and supporters can all order directly through your shop, any time of year – no need to go through the club.
Is there a minimum order once the shop is live?
No. The low minimum of 5 only applies to your club’s very first bulk order – once your shop is live, anyone can order a single item.
Do we need to already have a kit design?
Not necessarily. If you’ve got an existing design, we’ll use it. If not, our in-house design team or free online kit builder can create one from scratch.
How long does delivery take once someone orders?
Standard delivery is around 5-6 weeks, the same as our regular kit lead time. If you need something sooner, let your Account Manager know.
Can we sell more than matchday kit?
Yes. Your shop isn’t limited to shirts and shorts – we can stock training wear, hoodies, and other items your club needs, all in your design.
What happens if a player joins mid-season or needs a reorder?
Nothing extra to arrange. Your shop stays open year-round, so new players, replacements, and reorders all go through the same simple process.
