Who can access the client portal?
If you have previously ordered from us, or have an open enquiry with us, you will be able to login to your Client Portal using the email address you provided us.
What can I do in my portal?
You can create new designs, manage past or existing orders, and edit your profile. We are constantly adding more features to our portal. Soon, you will be able to create a brand new order inside your portal, speeding up your order process.
Is there a cost to use it?
No! The Client Portal is completely free to all My Club Group customers.
Can I design my kit from scratch in the portal?
Yes. You can start a new design, edit an existing one, or duplicate a previous design as a starting point for your next season’s kit.
What happens after I approve an order?
Once you approve your order in the portal, your invoice will be generated within 1 business day. You will receive it via email and your account manager will be in touch if anything is needed.
I already have made designs. Will they be on the portal?
If you’ve made designs on our Kit Builder, you can import your designs straight away. In most cases, we will automatically import them for you, however you can manually import them at any time. Contact your Account Manager if you have any issues.
